About Fluxion

No one should have to runa company on a feeling.Every founder deservesan executive team.

We are building the intelligence layer that used to cost millions and arrive with a deployment team — for the person running the whole thing themselves.

02Why we exist

A founder's company lives in four systems that don't talk to each other. The bank knows what came in. The CRM knows what might. Email and calendar know what was promised, and to whom. Not one of them knows how the business is actually doing.

Assembling that answer takes four tabs, two hours and a spreadsheet nobody trusts by Thursday. So it doesn't get assembled — not because founders are careless, but because they are busy, and the cost of knowing stays higher than the cost of guessing right up until the moment it isn't. Runway gets estimated. A quiet account gets noticed a month late. A number gets quoted in a board meeting that was last true in March.

We had both watched this from the inside. One of us built risk systems inside banks, where a figure that can't be traced to its source is not a figure at all. The other deployed intelligence layers at Palantir, where the technology to answer what is actually happening already existed — and cost millions, and arrived with a deployment team.

That asymmetry is the reason this company exists. The largest institutions in the world have an intelligence layer. The person running a fifteen-person business — who needs it more, and can act on it the same afternoon — has a spreadsheet and a feeling.

Fluxion is the correction. Connect the four systems, compute the truth with code that can be checked, and write it down every morning in plain language. Not a dashboard waiting to be read — an executive who has already read it.

03What we believe

Four rules we don't bend.

The same discipline runs through the company and the product. If it isn't in here, it isn't in Fluxion.

01

Computed, never guessed

Deterministic code calculates every figure before a model is allowed anywhere near it. The language layer explains arithmetic. It never performs it.

02

Traceable to the source

A number you can't trace is a number you can't trust. Every figure opens onto the accounts, records and transactions it was built from.

03

Software should do the work

You shouldn't have to remember to check. The brief is written and waiting at 7am, whether or not you ever open the app.

04

Trust is earned, and read-only

We connect to the systems that hold your money and your customers. We read them. We never write to them. Trust is built by what we can't do.

04Where this goes

One executive today. A workforce next.

Fluxion OS is the platform underneath — one connection layer, one shared memory, and one executive at a time laid on top of it. The CEO is live now. The CFO, COO and HR follow, each arriving already knowing everything the last one learned.
